Standard Warranty

All products supplied by FireSafe Pro carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
Premature failure under normal operating conditions
Non-conformance to specified standards

What's Not Covered

Damage due to improper installation
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accident
Damage due to unauthorized modifications

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will inspect the product and arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.
