Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Custom-made or specially ordered items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
